Frequently Asked Questions
Below you’ll find answers to the questions we hear most from parents. If you have a question that’s not addressed below, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Appointments are offered Monday through Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
During the first tour, either in-person or virtually, parents/guardians are provided the age-specific program summary, our current rates, and parent/guardian and child information forms for review and reference. If interested, a second tour is scheduled. After the second tour, parents/guardians receive the full enrollment application and contract via email (medical record forms, emergency contact, etc.) to complete and return via email, no sooner than two weeks before the child’s first day.
A contract is signed only if the parents/guardians want to reserve a space for their child. Space is reserved once the application fee is paid, the enrollment application is fully completed, the contract is signed, and an enrollment deposit is received. The enrollment deposit is equivalent to one month of fees. We charge a $200 non-refundable application fee, per family.
During the academic year, we accept newborns to children up to five years of age. Each age group has different program requirements.
We also offer special programs for school-age children.
The main language taught is English. We offer Arabic, French, and Spanish as dual-language options.
We group classes based on age and development. We promote smaller group sizes, which allows for a better focus on each child’s individual needs.
We follow the Fairfax County Office for Children’s standards for staff-to-child ratios, and when necessary, we bring in extra staff for assistance.
We offer a 10 percent sibling discount and charge only one application fee per family.
At the moment, we only provide full-time care (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm), billed monthly.
